Bring birthdays to your centre.

Birthday Happiness Asia works through Partnering Organisations — long-standing Hong Kong NGOs and service centres that already know the children who need this most. If you run a centre that serves underprivileged kids, we'd like to bring them a party.

The partnership

What we ask. What we bring.

Partnering with BHA is a low-commitment relationship. Two lists below — what we'd need from your centre, and what BHA covers.

You bring
  • A centre, a date, and a time — typically a weekend afternoon.
  • Up to 10 celebrants you've identified from the children you already serve.
  • Their consent. If a celebrant doesn't want a party, we don't proceed.
  • A space that fits the celebrants + 3–4 guests each — usually one of your meeting rooms or community halls.
We bring
  • The full HK$ 8,000 cost of the party — food, drinks, cake, gifts, decorations.
  • A small volunteer team to set up, host, take photos, and clean up.
  • An open relationship — future birthdays at your centre, no formal renewal needed.

There's no contract, no fee, and no expectation of reciprocal services. Partnering Organisations remain fully independent.

These organisations have been our partners since BHA began. Each one is run independently and serves a different population. What they share is knowing the children we want to reach.

Get in touch.

We meet with prospective partners in person — usually a coffee at your centre. The email opens with a structured ask so we can come prepared.
