Andrew Lupton

Andrew is a long-term HK resident having arrived from Scotland in 1989 on a round-the-world trip. 33 years later, he is still here and now calls HK home, having been fortunate enough to marry a lovely HK lass, and be the father of two awesome lads in their 20s. During working hours, he is involved in providing corporate training, elearning and educational content solutions for clients in Hong Kong and Asia. Since a life changing encounter with cancer in 2019, Andrew wants to give back to Hong Kong, which has given him so much. An active hiker and keen golfer, currently Andrew is the chairman of a local mini-rugby club, Tung Chung Buffaloes, a committee member of the charity-focused social rugby club, the HK Potbellied Pigs, and an active life member of the HK Scottish rugby club, rugby and children are a large part of his life. Andrew is honoured to be on the BHA committee and is passionate about its wonderful goals of providing a unique fun birthday experience for less fortunate Hong Kong kids, of which for such a wealthy city, there are sadly so many.
