Hi, I’m Heena, the founder of The Icing Tray! My baking journey started in Dubai back in 2017 as a passionate side hustle alongside my corporate job. In 2020, I moved to Hong Kong to follow my true calling and transition into full-time baking. Driven by a desire to support our local baking community, I took a leap of faith in August 2024 and opened my retail store, The Icing Tray Baking Supplies, right in the heart of Wan Chai on Johnston Road. Today, I balance life as both a baker and an entrepreneur. I am absolutely thrilled to join the BHA, using my love for baking as a blessing to serve and support children in need.
